Returns & Replacement Policy

At Kimbella Buckman Art, every order is created especially for you using my original artwork. Because we are a small, artist-owned business and our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or items ordered by mistake.

Damaged or Defective Items

We want you to love your purchase. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, faded, or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us. We will work with our manufacturing partner to have a replacement made and sent to you at no additional cost. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To request a replacement, simply send us a clear photo showing the problem with the product. This allows us to document the issue with our manufacturing partner and arrange your replacement as quickly as possible.

Item was not received

Should your item that you ordered not arrive, our first course of action is to track the shipping. If the shipping indicates the item was delivered, we may ask you to check again. After completing our investigation of the item being shipped out and you not receiving it, we will then reach out to the carrier to see if they have record of the delivery. When everything is checked thoroughly and you still have not received your item(s), we will reach out to the manufacturer for a reshipment. This is very rare, in fact we have no cases where a package has not been received. However we are willing to work with you and investigate the issue for you.

The wrong item was received

In the case of the wrong item was shipped to you all we need is a clear photo of the item documenting the wrong item was shipped. The correct item will be shipped to you promptly. You have 14 days to reach out to us to get the reorder.
